研究兴趣:
以核酸编码组合库技术(Phage display, mRNA display, DEL)为基础,深度融合合成化学与前沿生命科学方法,系统开展面向重大疾病相关靶标的治疗性生物大分子、环肽及小分子的高效筛选、靶标功能验证与候选药物开发。具体内容包括:
1.组合库技术(Phage display, mRNA display, DEL)开发
2.活细胞原位组合库筛选技术开发
3.硒药物化学生物学
